I had a unique experience at this hotel due to the exceptional care of the dedicated staff member who ensured I got the specific room I needed for my medical visits. The room was a bit small, but it was a lifesaver for me as I traveled for medical appointments and had to stay until my house purchase went through. Despite the room size, it served its purpose well.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms had some nice updates, but there were issues like a musty smell, a gap in the exterior door that allowed smoke in, and the lack of hot water. The broken microwave and refrigerator were also inconvenient. The service was a bit lackluster with minor hiccups during check-in and some uncleanliness in the room. Despite the recent renovations in the area, the location seemed a little shady, but it was convenient for walking to nearby restaurants.
